Delta Testing & Inspection, Inc. operating in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Mandeville and New Orleans for over 35 years, merged with Southern Earth Sciences, Inc. nearly two years ago. Since that time, we have continued to use the Delta Testing, Inc. name for business purposes and familiarity to our clients. There has been no change in the day to day management of these operations. Mike McGowan, Don Meyn and Ken Meyn, all originally with Delta Testing & Inspection, have remained with the Company throughout this transition and remain with the Company in their normal full-time capacity.
There have, however, been administrative issues with the continued use of the Delta Testing & Inspection, Inc. name. Therefore, effective immediately, all offices will operate under Southern Earth Sciences, Inc. This change will make things less confusing, as our reporting, invoicing and correspondence will reflect one consistent Company name and image. Our contact information for each office remains the same; again only the name has changed, affecting our Louisiana offices. To make this transition easier we do ask that you update your records to reflect our official Company name as Southern Earth Sciences, Inc.
Remember, our services, our people and our commitment to quality service have not changed and we look forward to continuing to provide you with quality, value and innovative solutions in the environmental, geotechnical and construction materials testing fields.
